sweat pea vegan bakery

we were really excited to eat the amazing sandwiches at sweetpea and uhm.. forgot to take photos to share with you. so good though. the bread they make and serve their specialty sandwiches on is the deal, so good we got a third to-go, had to. we wish we had been there on a “chicken” and waffles day because that sounds too-good-to-be-true but we weren’t that lucky, the guy at the counter said it’s there number one dish. they serve pastries, sandwiches, brunch specials, doughnuts (another thing we unfortunately were not on the right day for) and coffee/tea/hot chocolate. a great little spot in portland, here’s their website for more info.
