do you ever wonder why you are so diligent towards something and it doesn’t work out? do you believe in the law of attraction? not in a woo woo way, but more of a practical way, such as you exude friendliness to those you come in contact with and for the most part that’s what you get back. you snarl and snare and guess what days the kids are going to be t total nightmares? that kind of energy.. bouncing back what you put out.

it’s all about your energy, your vibe. say you’re working towards a goal, you are towing the line, never cheating, always going the extra distance, whether it’s work related, weight related, whatever. but same old story, no matter how hard you try it doesn’t seem to end the way you were hoping. if you believe in the law of attraction, even just a little bit (i think everyone can remember a day you weren’t in your best sunshine happy mood and that was the day that everything seemed to pile on and go wrong.. so it’s not such a stretch to think that there is something to the whole thing), then give this a thought:  the law of attraction responds to your feelings, not your actions. so the reason you may be working, working, working towards something and getting nowhere fast might just be because inside you harbor ill will, dread, misfortune (why me), anger, resentment, this-will-never-work, bitterness, frustration, i think you get the idea. none of those inner feelings will ever get you what you want. ever.

to get that thing you most want you have to have positive energy flowing towards it, and at the very least, acceptance of where you are in the now so that you allow for things to change. if happy attracts happy, and anger more anger, then it stands to reason that struggle will attract more struggle. so instead of inviting in success, or weight loss, or whatever it is, you’re inner feelings are attracting more struggle, because that is what you are really focused on.
