→ we went on a mother’s day roadtrip that included a tiny bit of slot pulling. (; black hawk & central city colorado are only 45 minutes away, and mom’s got a little lucky streak sometimes so we hit the casinos. none of us had ever been and the drive along clear creek canyon park is ah-mazing, central city is really quaint, and black hawk is one of the oldest towns in the state. we didn’t exactly hit it big but we had a ton of fun. we might have went in the free photo booth at one of the casinos 2 or 3..ok! 4 times.. we scouted out all of the places tiny and big and found our favorites for next time. the little places are fun to see, not as exciting to gamble in, and the big ones give you a tiny taste of vegas.. especially ameristar. have you been? or is it vegas or bust?
