Our first day in Fairhope, Alabama started with beignets at Panini Pete’s. The mister was properly introduced to beignets (meaning he was duly powdered before finishing eating). Panini Petes is in the (tiny) Fairhope French Quarter, Sean can officialy say he had his first beignet in the French Quarter (just not the one everyone will be thinking of). We met Pete and had a fun chat, easy to see why the place is so popular…to see more watch this video from the Food Network when Guy Fieri stopped by.
