We had our very first dim sum & love, love, ♥loved♥ it… The line was around the corner to get in (very typical here) so we grabbed a to go order and ate our dim sum standing on the street. We thought it was the perfect first-time-dim-sum experience!

It’s challenging figuring your way around Chinatown and knowing where to eat, more importantly where not to eat. All of the restaurants look basically identical and if there isn’t a line out the door it’s a mystery where to go. We wandered around trying to make a choice and finally got a little nudge towards Green Leaf. We started with their version of spring rolls which were very fresh (and gone without hesitation) then moved on to two noodle dishes. He had shrimp & veggie vermicelli and I had a tofu two ways with veggies and faux ham sprinkles vermicelli and we loved both. We felt so successful on our first meal in Chinatown, what’s your favorite place?
