a utah evening…

On the way back to Denver from our Pacific Northwest and Northern California adventures we drove through Utah. We had driven a small part of Utah on our way to Yellowstone but Southern Utah absolutely blew us away. It is spectacularly beautiful with scenery that stretches on forever. We drove through in the evening and I got so caught up in the view that I only started taking photos as a brilliant sunset came on. We are so happy that within a few hours drive of Denver we can go explore this region, including Moab, Bryce Canyon, & Arches National Park. For now.. a few snapshots of the sun sinking below the horizon.
