sage cafe & bakery

sauteed mushroom and chard crepes.. my first vegan crepes, yum..
are crepes hard to make? i think i’d like to try…

crazy jamaican burger..
i love burgers.. where oh where is the perfect veggie burger? (besides top notch)

sage cafe is a tiny vegan lunch spot (they only have 3 two top tables) in the capitol hill neighborhood of seattle. we popped in for a quick bite and split the above two dishes, the crepes were wonderful, a little cool but I think that’s the nature of crepes. the jamaican burger was marinated tofu and extremely flavorful.. a little too much for me (i like a “real” burger flavor) but perfect for him.
