we found a really good local pizza joint this weekend…. one of those tucked away places, might not find it if you didn’t happen to drive by but it’s been there for 50 years, that kind of place. nothing fancy, which is just the way we prefer it. cold beer, full italian menu, but we all stuck to pizza and it was really good. (i took in v. cheese and they are very accommodating) we went with our new neighbors kate & dave and must say we’re pretty happy about having them next door. and….

we have another new neighbor that seems really nice, plus more renters moved out and we’re pretty much about as happy as you can get with all the changes going on around here. our little block has gotten quite the good shake up lately. funny how that happens, doesn’t seem like anything is going to be changing and then all of a sudden everything does. he put in a lot of long hours this weekend, i put in a few myself, and in between we started watching some of the new fall lineup, do you have any favorites? we do love a little t.v. around here… and can you believe it’s october first?
