we had the most fun last week. lee, one of my best girlfriends and roommate from college was in colorado visiting with her daughter zoe, papa peter (who graciously invited us to stay at his condo.. thanks peter!!), and sister ally and her husband randall. a very good group to spend some time with i tell ya. lee was the very first person i met freshmen year. we have laughed many times over the story, and i am so lucky to have met someone who would be a lifelong friend on my first day of school. aren’t old friends the very best?!
we stayed in frisco and spent the days running around firsco, breckenridge, lionsgate and vail.. oh vail how i could spend a whole carefree summer there. we went to a german pub, played cards, shopped, ate, had a cocktail party with extended friends of the group, drank champagne, caught up on life and didn’t want it to end. i wish i could teleport so it didn’t have to be so long in between visits! could someone get on with that technology already? (;
(zoe is captain of her cheerleading squad and hello amazing! she can tumble over & over & over….)

I’m still best friends with my college roommate too. She was one of the first people I met on campus and here we are 26 years later getting ready to watch her first kid go off to college.

I was roommates all 4 years with my girlfriend Cathleen and she is ahhmazing:) What an amazing weekend you all had and I have just drooled over my keyboard looking at your pics; Vail & Breck are really awesome. I wish I could transplant some mountains to Chicago… and yes, get that teleporter going asap!!!
