great pumpkin harvest festival..

→ fall and pumpkins and hot apple cider and cool weather… it’s here. hope y’all had a good weekend.. we went to the great pumpkin harvest festival in denver and it was the perfect way to kick off the beginning of october. we were the first ones in line for hot cider, apple cider donuts and a pumpkin, we did resist the caramel apples, but just barely…and i’m not sure that wasn’t a mistake, but I think i’ll make us some before the season is over. there were hayrides, quilt and blacksmith demonstrations, stagecoaches, panning for gold and a big pumpkin patch…have you chosen your pumpkins yet?
i haven’t walked on stilts since i was a kid, it’s harder than it looks,
i did stand up though…for a second or two (;
