→ → we, and especially me, love the movie close encounters of the third kind, but we had no idea we’d get to visit one of the film locations. remember the scene where ufo lights show over the field, barry runs out to see them with jillian (his mom) running after him… it’s in fairhope and we got to see it. and loved it.

A big CE3K fan myself. I live in New Orleans area. Been to Mobile many times, but never checked out any of the film spots / locations. Lately, I have been searching and pin pointing the exact locations of all the major film locations. For some reason, I can not find street or address of this house in Fairhope. This is one I would like to see and take pics of. Can you give me the address of the house? Thanks, AJ
Hi- we moved to Fairhope 2years ago from NC and am thrilled to know that one of my favorite all-time movies was partially filmed here:) (or at least a great scene!)
